Marketing ideas your VA can help with

I often get new clients that know they need help, but aren’t sure what to hand over. Or, they’re swamped, but are having trouble letting go of current projects.
A great way to get started working with a virtual assistant if you’re in either of these positions is by starting a new project, possibly one you’ve been wanting to do for a while, but haven’t had time yet.
I came across this post on using yellow letters for real estate marketing, and it’s a great idea. It’s also a perfect task to hand off to a new virtual assistant. You can see what it’s like to work with them, without handing over your entire client database, or a current project that you just can’t quite be “hands off” of yet.
I’m sure you’re probably looking for some good real estate marketing ideas. In today’s market, you have to be innovative and original. That’s hard to do if you’re not staying abreast on the latest techniques that are being used to capture leads. In order to find motivated sellers, you’re going to have to implement a high response rate marketing campaign. |
If you haven’t heard about yellow letters yet, then you’re in for a nice surprise. They’re a sure fire way to get motivated sellers calling you on the phone and begging you to buy their house. Due to it’s warm and friendly presentation, the sellers don’t feel intimidated by your approach, therefore feeling more compelled to contact you than if you had sent them a standard form letter. |
